How do we provide IT support?

KEY2 provide both remote and on-site IT support for business.

We provide any amount of support from Ad-Hoc for those clients that just need occasional assistance to fully managed contracts for 24/7 support and of course those in between. Our aim is to provide fast, friendly and professional support, and is made up of the following

Unlimited telephone and remote support

Most support issues can be resolved remotely in a short amount of time, we utilise remote connection tools to connect directly and resolve issues, from logging-on to logging-off and everything in between. If for any reason a problem can’t be resolved remotely then we will attend on-site to get the issues resolved as quickly as possible.

Routine on-site maintenance visits

We feel that it is important to make routine on-site visits, so that systems can be checked and any user questions answered.

Proactive remote monitoring

With remote monitoring we are able to ensure backups are taking place, systems are virus free, updates are being applied, drive space is available etc… We can then take action where needed and provide feedback for customers along with any recommendations we may have.
